Peter is a Manager in Strategy and Pricing in Novozymes, and has been so for the past 2 years. His main task in this period has been managing the implementation of a global Pricing Software with both Analysis/Strategy and Execution Module. Peter has been integral in both the configuration/management and rollout of the software, and herein also the corresponding global roll-out and change management effort. Furthermore, Peter has worked extensively with Pricing KPI’s and reporting.
