Lorenzo has more than 13 years experience in sales and marketing management. He joined Whirlpool in 2000 and since then Lorenzo has be working in different positions within Sales and Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Trade Marketing for both channel service and retail. In 2006 he was appointed as one the first Price and Margin Realization Leaders for the European operations. In his actual position, Customer Service, Commercial Leader EMEA, Lorenzo is responsible for all sales and marketing activities belonging to after sales market operations at EMEA level and, among them, setting up pricing guidelines and processes for Parts Pricing.
